Telehealth Registered Nurse

To support a growing virtual specialty medical practice, the part-time Telehealth Registered Nurse will provide lifestyle management education, collaborate with care teams, and manage medication for patients with chronic conditions remotely. Key responsibilities Provide lifestyle management education and support to members via various digital methods to improve health outcomes Collaborate with care teams, including dietitians and physicians, to deliver comprehensive patient care Manage medication and care for comorbidities related to obesity while supporting behavior changes among members Required qualifications Active RN license in good standing; Compact/Multistate license preferred Previous experience in home health, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, or bariatric surgery preferred Experience in supporting and educating on anti-obesity medications is preferred Proven experience utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change Must have a home office for private conversations and high-speed internet access
