Submits accurate documentation per care center policy. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate.Communicates significant findings, problems, changes in condition or environment to the clinical manager/physician and other members of the hospice care team. Communicates with the physician regarding the patients' needs and reports changes in the patient's condition; obtains physician orders as required.Performs on-call responsibilities and on-call services to patients/families as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsCurrent RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.One year of clinical RN experience.Current CPR certification.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amedisys is an equal opportunity employer.
