Customer Service and New Account Representative

Our client is hiring a Customer Service and New Account Representative in Southern Dallas County, TX. This role is focused on delivering outstanding support to customers by addressing inquiries and assisting with various banking services, including online platforms, telebanking, debit card concerns, and account openings. The successful candidate will be expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s products and services to provide effective assistance and work collaboratively across departments. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to customer care, and the ability to quickly absorb new information are key to thriving in this position.
Requirements :
- Previous banking and 5+ years of Customer Service experience is a plus
- Experience with banking operations, compliance, and documentation is preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, rotating every 5-7 Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:00 PM
