Job Posting - Assistant Executive DirectorAssisted Living / Residential Living CommunityYour Role as the Assistant Executive Director As the Assistant Executive Director, you'll play a key support role within our Assisted Living campus or Residential Living community. You'll work closely with the Executive Director to support daily operations, team leadership, resident experience, and administrative functions-while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of senior living management. This role is ideal for a motivated, growth-minded professional who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in senior living leadership. This role may also be known as: Assistant Administrator, Assistant Executive Director, Assistant Community Administrator, or Assistant Manager (Assisted Living) / Manager in Training.
