- Ansprechpartner für unsere international ausgerichtete mittelständische Mandantschaft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Mandanten, die in den USA tätig sind
- Mitwirkung bei der Prüfung oder prüferischen Durchsicht von Jahresabschlüssen nach US-GAAP, HGB und IFRS gemäß internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Eigenständige und selbstverantwortliche Leitung von Prüfungsteams
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
- Möglichkeiten, unsere Mandanten eigenständig bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung internationaler Transaktionen zu beraten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Erfolgreich abgelegtes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen (Deutschland) von Vorteil
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assurance/Prüfungsdienstleistungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen HGB sowie der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS/US-GAAP)
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team von Fachkräften zu strukturieren, zu organisieren und zu führen
- Sicheres Auftreten, analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Mandantenorientierung und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Schnelle Teamintegration durch persönliche Ansprechpartner, einen individuellen Einarbeitungsplan und einen strukturierten Onboarding-Prozess
