Housekeeping Turn Down Attendant HoTrec Nashville is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented Turndown Attendant to join our hospitality team supporting premier hotels and resorts throughout the Nashville area. As a Turndown Attendant, you will help create an exceptional evening experience for guests by preparing guest rooms for nighttime comfort while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service and attention to detail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform evening turndown service in accordance with hotel brand standards. Refresh guest rooms by making beds, arranging pillows, and preparing the room for guest comfort. Replace towels, replenish guest amenities, and restock supplies as needed. Refresh bathrooms by cleaning sinks, mirrors, countertops, and replacing toiletries. Empty trash and remove used service items. Adjust room lighting, curtains, and room ambiance according to hotel standards. Deliver guest‑requested items promptly and professionally. Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, or safety hazards to management. Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Provide courteous, professional service while interacting with guests and fellow team members. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
