Night Auditor

Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management systems such as Stay Property Management Systems (PMS) Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and client communication skills Monitor hotel security cameras, conduct routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update property management systems accurately Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly through customer service problem-solving techniques, and maintain positive guest relations Maintain confidentiality of guest information while managing front desk operations during overnight hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any room or facility issues that arise during the night shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management roles with familiarity in hotel experience standards Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as Stay or similar property management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort experience is a plus Previous experience working with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and customer service problem-solving techniques Join us as a Night Auditor to be the backbone of our overnight operations—delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring safety and operational excellence.
