We are currently seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) with experience in managing addiction disordersand providing primary care at the Jessup Correctional Institution in Jessup, Maryland. This position will occasionally travel to the Western Region Facilities in Hagerstown and Cumberland. This position is a full-time position working with the SUD program to prevent, intervene, treat and manage addictive disorders. The days are Monday – Friday Day Shift The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
