Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Audi of Oxnard in Oxnard, CA. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, including greeting visitors, assessing their needs, presenting suitable Audi models, and conducting product demonstrations and test drives. The Sales Specialist will prepare price quotes, explain financing and leasing options in coordination with the finance team, and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation. Daily activities include following up with leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, updating the CRM system, and collaborating with colleagues to meet individual and dealership sales goals. The role also involves staying current on Audi product features, training updates, and market trends to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with a wide range of customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, achieve sales targets, and support ongoing dealership revenue growth. Candidates should possess Training skills to absorb product knowledge, participate in ongoing learning, and share best practices with peers. Relevant experience in automotive sales or retail sales is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
