Sales & Business Development Coordinator Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to support sales, customer relationships, reporting, and daily coordination with operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and has strong communication and follow-up skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support for sales and business development activities.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, customer records, prospect lists, quotes, and sales reports.
• Track leads, proposals, follow-ups, and potential sales opportunities.
• Enter customer accounts, orders, and load information into the company’s TMS.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Communicate with customers to obtain information and assist with service needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
• Research and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, quotes, presentations, emails, and marketing materials.
• Track sales activity and prepare reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• CRM or TMS experience is a plus.
