This team supports field teams through capability building, process optimization, and technology enablement — delivering impact across Field Learning and Development, Field Deployment and Incentive Compensation, CRM, Field Reporting, Engagement Operations, Field Sales Analytics, and Change Management. The Director, Field Reporting - Specialty Care will lead all aspects of Field Reporting design, development and operations across the Sanofi US Specialty Care Commercial customer-facing (sales, market access, account management) portfolio.  This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Go to Market Capabilities (GTMC) colleagues, Digital (ITS), the Sanofi Hub, and vendors to ensure business needs are delivered through all Field Reporting initiatives. They continuously seek innovative approaches to increase sales efficiency.
