Outreach Coordinator Location: Ashton, MD 20861 Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time About Us We are a growing organization dedicated to helping children with autism receive the services and support they need to thrive. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence in the community and connect more families with our services. Job Responsibilities Build relationships with schools, healthcare providers, pediatricians, therapists, and community organizations. Promote our autism support services throughout Ashton and surrounding areas. Develop outreach and marketing strategies to grow our client base. Attend community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunities. Follow up with referrals and maintain strong community partnerships. Represent our organization professionally and enthusiastically. Help families learn about available services and guide them through the referral process. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Friendly, personable, and comfortable networking with professionals and families. Experience in outreach, marketing, sales, community engagement, or healthcare preferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Passion for helping children and families. Experience working with autism services, special education, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus. Represent Epic Minds Therapy professionally and enthusiastically in the community. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable building new relationships. Experience in outreach, marketing, business development, healthcare, or community engagement preferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Passion for helping children with autism and their families. Reliable transportation for local outreach activities.
