Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Area Therapy Advancement Manager to lead electrophysiology marketing strategy across nine western states. The role involves managing a regional team, aligning commercial initiatives with field sales, and expanding patient access to cardiac care solutions.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Therapy Advancement Managers with performance oversight
Align therapy advancement strategies with area leadership to drive patient treatment access
Engage hospital administration and physician networks to advance electrophysiology programs
Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness of atrial fibrillation treatments
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinate team administrative functions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years professional work experience
4+ years leadership or management experience
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
Experience with strategic marketing and business planning
Ability to manage cross-functional team collaboration
