Job DescriptionA Senior Engineer is a key member of the Nordstrom Technology organization, applying engineering principles to design, build, and maintain technology products and solutions that drive amazing customer and employee experiences. As a Senior Engineer on the Productivity and Collaboration team, you will own the architecture, administration, and automation of Nordstrom's Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, with an emphasis on Exchange Online messaging infrastructure.You will act as a subject matter expert and technical leader across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive, along with the underlying Azure identity and infrastructure that supports them. You bring deep hands-on expertise administering Exchange Online/Server and hybrid mail flow, strong command of Azure AD/Entra ID and Azure automation, and the scripting skills to build automation that scales rather than one-off fixes.This role is offered as hybrid in Seattle, WA.
