# Training & Development ManagerYoungstown Manufacturing Headquarters - Youngstown, OH 44515## Description**Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following**: **Program Development & Delivery*** Design, implement, and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.* Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.* Oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure successful integration into the company.**Leadership & Strategy*** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term training strategies that support growth and succession planning.* Establish measurable training objectives and track effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs).* Recommend innovative learning methods, including digital platforms and blended learning solutions.**Employee Development*** Manage career development and mentorship programs to support employee growth.* Partner with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.* Facilitate leadership development programs for current and emerging leaders.**Compliance & Standards*** Ensure training programs meet legal, regulatory, and industry compliance requirements.* Maintain accurate training records and documentation.* Stay informed on best practices, new training technologies, and industry trends.**Team & Budget Management*** Lead and mentor the training team, ensuring high-quality delivery of all programs.* Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.## Qualifications* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).* **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. **Skills & Competencies:*** Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.* Proven ability to measure ROI and effectiveness of training programs.* Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS software.**Work Environment**: * Full-time, office-based or hybrid depending on organizational needs.* May require occasional travel to training sites or conferences.**Additional Skills/or Abilities:*** Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.* Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.* High emotional intelligence and strong coaching/mentoring abilities.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong business acumen with an understanding of how training impacts organizational performance.* Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within all training and development initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
