Job Description

The Humane Society of Missouri's Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in Union, MO, is looking for an Equine Care Specialist to help care for rescued horses and farm animals on Sundays and Mondays. If you have a passion for animal welfare and enjoy working outdoors, we'd love to have you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Feeding and providing water to animalsTurning out horses into pasturesCleaning stalls and living areasWelcoming visitors and volunteers with a positive, friendly attitudeSafely operating tractors and other equipment as neededEnsuring proper care for all animals, following feeding, sanitation, and medical proceduresRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderPrevious experience handling horsesMust have a valid driver's license.Perks:Starting pay: $17.00/hourIf you're ready to make a difference in the lives of rescued animals, apply today!
