Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients to accurately evaluate their mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans. Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on the specific aspects of clients' challenges, leveraging evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients’ needs. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their treatment are coherently managed. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment processes, encouraging their active participation in the recovery journey. Maintain comprehensive and secure client records, adhering to regulatory standards and ethical practices. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse clientele that spans various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other related disciplines. Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, showcasing the ability to address a wide range of mental health disorders. Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to various mental health conditions. Exemplary therapeutic skills, with the capacity to build strong rapport with clients and motivate them toward recovery. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating effective cooperation within the treatment team. Preferred Experience While the primary requirement is two years of experience in mental health counseling, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will be given preference. Experience collaborating with community programs or involvement in integrative care settings is also advantageous. Compensation and Benefits An attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
