- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) granted by ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
Skills
- Expertise in evidence-based practices for all age ranges, with a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Adeptness in tailoring therapy techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Strong clinical judgment and adept problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing electronic medical records and adhering to documentation protocols.
Benefits
- Competitive salary that reflects your experience.
- Flexible work scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance and diverse caseloads.
- Specialization opportunities in pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, or geriatrics.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
