BAYADA Home Health Care in Towson, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Preceptor & Clinical Field Educator to train newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small patient caseload. In this role you will lead orientation, mentor clinicians, and coordinate onboarding across disciplines. You will perform direct care duties at least half the time and document care through our tablet system.
