Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive online visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance through data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, display advertising, and other digital channels. Manage advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and similar channels. Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results while managing budgets effectively. Support landing page optimization and conversion rate testing initiatives. Review and provide feedback on email marketing, digital content, and lead generation assets. Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Contribute to digital marketing best practices and process improvements. Provide additional marketing and account support as needed. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related client-facing marketing role. Strong experience with Google Ads, PPC, SEM, display advertising, programmatic media, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of SEO and paid social advertising platforms. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and reporting platforms. Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
