BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Maple Valley, WA 98038 . This role is ideal for someone who excels in operations, financial management, resident relations, and team building.

- Pay: $26/hr. - $27/hr.
- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
- Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards
- Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
- Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
- Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
- Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage resident needs effectively
- Knowledge of property management software preferred
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities
