WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates — answering calls, filtering inquiries, and making a great first impression Conduct structured in-person interviews to gather, verify, and update candidate information Screen candidates against set eligibility criteria and qualify applications Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews and keep the pipeline moving Support inside sales efforts — connecting with businesses to generate new job orders and grow client relationships Manage client accounts, serving as a point of contact and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction Accurately enter data into internal systems Take detailed messages and relay information to the recruiting team Handle sensitive candidate and client information with discretion and confidentiality Stay open-minded and engaged with opportunities for continued growth and internal development Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Customer service or sales experience Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office The ability to pick up new processes and tools quickly Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to pass a background and drug screening Ability to remain agile and flexible as the needs of the office/team change
