Details Medical Surgical unit with 30 beds Patient ratio of 1:4/5 Acute Care Medical Surgical patient population Uses Epic EMR 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Weekend rotation required every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday) plus at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays in a 6-week period PRN and holiday availability based on unit need No on-call requirements Floating to like units required Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience required At least 2 years of travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit required Additional Information Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical patients in a fast-paced acute care setting Team player with a flexible schedule and positive attitude preferred Navy scrub color required; hoodies, non-scrub jackets, and crocs are not permitted Must be available every day during the first week of orientation for onboarding Local candidates accepted at a reduced bill rate within a 50-mile radius American Traveler Job ID P-750230.
