Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse in the healthcare facility setting. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care on the 4 South Cardiac unit, with occasional assignments to various Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders. The role requires proficiency in Epic electronic medical record systems and current Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.

Job Details

• Position Description: RN needed to work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit, with occasional floating to Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum of 3 years recent/current Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience, Epic electronic medical record proficiency, minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and included in the confirmation. No call requirement.
