Remote Customer Care Representative

Providing exceptional service to Dental and Vision inbound callers, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Assist callers with inquiries regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims Utilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issues Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services staff Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to work occasional overtime as needed Understanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology is preferred
