Aerial Foreman - MN/WI Travel

Responsibilities As an Aerial Foreman , you’ll support various projects through all phases of telecom construction. You take pride in doing the job right and leading from the front. What you’ll do: Install and repair aerial fiber cable while maintaining safety and quality standards Train and support crew; work alongside them to ensure they have the tools/resources to work safely and efficiently Travel approximately 50% throughout MN and WI Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, and wire to maintain system performance Set up and maintain safe work zones (cones, signage, barriers) Review project plans and ensure builds meet design specs Lead and direct daily job site activities Complete required documentation and track crew time Communicate with Area Supervisor/Manager Oversee crew schedules, material deliveries, and daily productivity Qualifications About You: Safety-first mindset with a strong track record of quality work Hands-on problem solver who enjoys mentoring and developing a team Have 3+ years experience in telecom construction, primarily in Aerial work Have at least 1 year experience in a leadership role Comfortable working from a bucket truck and climbing poles Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements; OSHA 10 and CPR preferred Able to operate various equipment such as a digger-derrick, bucket truck, mini-excavator, etc. Can read work orders, blueprints, and cable prints Seeking long-term projects Willing and able to work over time as needed; thrives in fast-paced environments Looking for consistent hours - 50+ each week. Valid DL with clean record (past 3 years); CDL preferred Travel Details: Monday through Friday travel expected. Per diem 5 days a week. 50+ hours per week. Overtime applies after 40 hours per week.
