Detail-oriented and proactive, the part-time Operations Project Manager will support the Founder & CEO in managing operations, people operations (HR), and service delivery for Get.Grants.Better, ensuring documented processes and timely client issue resolution in a remote consulting environment. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the firm's SOP library in Trainual, ensuring compliance and timely updates Execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors Monitor service delivery for Get.Grants.Better, tracking project timelines and addressing client issues promptly Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, nonprofit management, or a related field; OR equivalent relevant experience Minimum three (3) years of professional project management, operations, or client management experience Demonstrated experience administering project management or marketing automation platforms Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Authorized to work in the United States as a W-2 employee Virtual Vocations Inc
