Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $390/hr (all-inclusive)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of high-acuity inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
- Support solo anesthesia practice in a tertiary care hospital setting
- Cover cases including general, complex surgeries (excluding cardiac, liver, neuro)
- Float between multiple hospital-based ORs and ambulatory surgery centers
- Manage anesthesia independently with support from CRNAs as needed
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and order entry
- Adapt anesthesia techniques based on patient age and procedure complexity
What You Need:
- Valid California medical license and DEA with Schedule 2/2N
- At least 2 years of recent anesthesiology practice, preferably at tertiary care centers
- Current board certification or eligible with fellowship training
- BLS and ACLS from AHA
- Experience in high-acuity (ASA 3+) cases and solo OR practice
- Regional anesthesia experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and float assignments across facilities
