Pay: $65,000-$90,000+ Per Year

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  • Split systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Air conditioners
  • Furnaces
  • Indoor air quality equipment
• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Collaborate with installers, helpers, and service technicians
• Participate in continued training and skill development

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing residential heating and cooling systems
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
• EPA certification is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
