Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager oversees all QLS field operations within an assigned geographic territory. You will manage field supervisors, ensure service quality, drive operational efficiency, and liaise with corporate leadership to support strategic growth.

Location: Chicago, IL Area

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Operations

Responsibilities:

Oversee field operations across a multi-state region
Manage and develop a team of Field Supervisors and Quality Technicians
Ensure all projects meet QLS quality standards and client expectations
Monitor regional P&L performance and drive cost optimization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Support new business development and participate in client pitches

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in operations management, quality, or manufacturing
3+ years managing distributed teams
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen
Willingness to travel within the region regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree
Experience in the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
