Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working or volunteering in a classroom or with children preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to working with children of diverse abilities
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to follow direction and school procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction as directed by lead teachers
• Assist with classroom management, individualized support, and supervision of students
• Help facilitate activities for students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Communicate student needs and progress to supervising staff
• Perform other related duties as requested by educational staff
