Maintenance Assistant
- Strongly prefer fluency in Spanish and English
- Maintaining grounds by clearing leaves, debri and paths when necessary
- Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
- Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to Residents and Management
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
- Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Assisting Maintenance Supervisor and team with maintaining all grounds, buildings and areas
