Job Description Of Counsel - Labor & Employment Litigation - Remote
A nationally recognized and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at the Of Counsel level to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who wants to take on sophisticated matters in a flexible, high-performing environment with strong infrastructure and meaningful autonomy. The role involves handling a mix of single-plaintiff employment disputes and complex wage & hour class action litigation, with opportunities to lead matters from intake through resolution. Candidates must be reside in California.

What You’ll Do
- Manage labor & employment litigation matters from start to finish
- Handle both single-plaintiff cases and wage & hour class actions
- Work closely with partners and clients on strategy and case development
- Advise on employment practices and compliance matters as needed
- 8+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
- Strong experience with wage & hour matters
- Experience with FEHA claims and employer-side counseling strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
- Plaintiff, defense, or mixed background considered
- Active California Bar admission required
- Prior billing experience preferred
- Remote flexibility or hybrid options across California offices
- High-level autonomy with strong team support
- Exposure to complex, high-impact litigation
- Direct client interaction and case ownership
