Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care Operating Room experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Orthopedic/Spine and Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
