General ManagerThe General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the operations, financial performance, tenant relations, and strategic direction of Pearlridge Center, a new, premier lifestyle destination scheduled to open in Summer 2027. This position is onsite and will commence prior to the property's official opening, playing a critical role in pre-opening planning, operational readiness, tenant coordination, staffing, and implementation of property systems and standards. The General Manager serves as the primary on-site contact for the Owner, ensuring that business objectives are met while maintaining and enhancing the long-term value of the asset. The GM provides oversight and is directly involved in all core property functions, including operations, marketing, specialty leasing, administration, facilities/maintenance, vendor management, and financial reporting. The Marketing Manager, Specialty Leasing, Administrative support, and on-site maintenance personnel will report directly to the General Manager. Success in this role requires a highly organized and results-driven leader with strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to guide a complex retail asset from pre-opening through stabilization and ongoing performance.To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. The minimum salary for the General Manager position is $190,000 annually and the maximum salary for the General Manager position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
