Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader. Compensation: $15.00 per hour. Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments: retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
