Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional patient care in an oncology unit, catering to a diverse patient population with varying medical needs. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion processes.
• Monitor and address side effects of chemotherapy.
• Float to other units within skillset as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS and Chemotherapy Certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
