Job Description
TITLE
Occupational Therapist - Home Health

SCHEDULE
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Days: 3 days a week; days will vary

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required (only if obtained license on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
- EPIC experience required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patient needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement and modify therapeutic interventions to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and techniques.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Admin fee is already deducted from the bill rate.
