Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Performs patient assessments, develops OT treatment plans, and implements therapy interventions to support functional goals.
- Documents patient progress and communicates with the care team to adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborates with other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on dayshift (8-hour shifts)
- Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs
- Strong collaboration and communication within interdisciplinary teams
- Effective documentation and progress reporting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adapt to new care settings
