Ecommerce Specialist

Passionate about fashion and analytics, the full-time Cross Category Ecommerce Specialist will support the team in driving demand by enhancing the digital shopping experience, curating on-site content, and analyzing performance metrics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Execute and test customer journeys for online events and promotions to boost traffic and conversion Provide performance reports and insights to optimize product presentation and site effectiveness Identify and troubleshoot site navigational issues while monitoring competitor trends for UX improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Experience with eCommerce platforms and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
