At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm Tuesday thru Saturday - Overtime is available

Pay Rates

• 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator

• Possess at least one year of experience in staffing and warehouse or logistics operations.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent operational support.
• Be capable of performing physical tasks, including walking the warehouse, lifting and moving materials as required for warehouse operations.

• Proficiently utilize Google Sheets for accurate data entry, tracking employees, and generating reports.
• Apply knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management principles and workflow optimization.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain order in a dynamic warehouse setting.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with warehouse associates and supervisors.
