Required Skills :

• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• Proven experience in high-volume pediatric emergency settings
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Prior experience in Level II and III NICU supported environments
• Experience in academic or teaching settings preferred but not required

Other Requirements :

• Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Texas
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
