Training Coordinator

Plant Training Specialist The Plant Training Specialist will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant operations. You will develop training materials, document team member engagement, and evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop training budgets, maintain a training calendar, and partner with cross‑functional teams to provide comprehensive training experiences for plant teams. A Day in the Life Provide oversight and administration of the Plant training systems and procedures. Identify appropriate training solutions for employees/workgroups and develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs. Implement and administer a comprehensive, electronic Training Administration system. Manage scheduling communications, track, monitor, and document employee participation in training activities, and maintain all training records. Design curriculum and partner with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training content and delivery strategy. Deliver classroom and OJT training to manufacturing employees as appropriate. Develop and monitor spending plan against departmental budget. Maintain training programs calendar and track fulfillment of training requirements for all plant employees. Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities for program effectiveness. What We Are Looking For Manufacturing experience. Previous training and curriculum development experience. Solid IT/computer application skills, including full proficiency with Office Suite. Strong relationship building and negotiating skills. Analytical, troubleshooting and influential skills. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Physical Requirements Must be able to lift low to medium weight (10–30 lbs) materials on an occasional basis. Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to climb ladders and traverse catwalks. Education Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred). Work Experience At least 3 Years of Experience. Salary Annual Salary: $80,169 – $93,600.
