The Difference You’ll Make As a Receptionist at our facility in Westlake, you will be the first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents. You will help guide guests to where they are looking to go, and be the go-to person for answering questions. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience Qualifications Minimum one year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic typing skills (approximately 30–35 words per minute) Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles Rewards That Support You Competitive pay with credit for experience Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period) HSA / FSA options Employer-paid Life Insurance (60+ hrs. per pay period) PTO 403(b) with employer match Tuition discounts and scholarship PSLF Eligible Employer Employee discount program Pet insurance (yes, really) Same Day Pay (UKG Wallet) Career growth opportunities About Saint Therese Saint Therese is a faith‑based, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing compassionate, person‑centered care.
