Key Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Competency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to an elementary caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
