Nationwide Traveling Construction Scaffolding Labor

Position Summary Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction. Responsibilities Scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks. Working with crews of up to five employees and traveling from job to job together. Full‑time, consistent, year‑round work with predictable assignments. Outdoor work in varied weather conditions. Overnight travel, occasionally away from home for 90+ days. Providing crew accommodations with shared rooms and small kitchens for meal prep. Performing site preparation: cleaning, removing debris, loading/unloading materials. Building and breaking down scaffolds, installing ladders, walkways, and handrails. Assisting safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment following project plans. Inspecting scaffold components before assembly. Maintaining fall protection, safety equipment, and ensuring safety measures are followed. Keeping tools and equipment clean and well‑maintained. Meeting client satisfaction and scheduled deadlines. Performing other duties as required. Compensation $18 per hour and above. Requirements Background check and drug screening required. Valid driver’s license preferred; good driving record. Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc. Comfortable working at heights. Creative problem‑solving and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions. Preferred experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events. Capability to work overtime.
