PsychPros, Inc. has partnered with a premier, well-respected social services agency in the Greater Cincinnati area to identify its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With an innovative, state-of-the-art smart home expansion currently underway, the agency is positioned for significant growth. We are seeking a visionary leader who blends sharp business acumen with deep empathy to guide this exceptional program into its next chapter of community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the Mission: Serve as the primary, high-visibility advocate for the organization to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Partner closely with the Board of Directors to design and execute multi-year strategic growth plans.
- Inspire Organizational Culture: Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive workplace environment where diverse talent thrives.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build strong, lasting relationships with donors, corporate partners, funders and community advocates.
- Optimize Financial Resources: Maximize Medicaid revenue streams while aggressively expanding private fundraising initiatives.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain a financially sound, compliant organization by overseeing a complex budget and long‑term sustainability plans.
