About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be at the helm of the company during a critical phase, with a focus on expanding and delivering programs that meet the needs of the community. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the development and implementation of the company's programs, and ensuring that the values of compassion, care, and community are upheld in all aspects of the organization's work. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and guide a dedicated team, as well as engage with the community and stakeholders to further the company's mission. The ideal CEO will have a deep understanding of the healthcare and social service sectors, particularly in the areas of medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare for underserved populations. Experience in program development, fundraising, and a strong commitment to the principles of equity and social justice are essential. The CEO will also be tasked with fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
