Long- standing, stable, mid-size, Civil Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, is in need of an Experienced Litigation Secretary to join the firm and be a Litigation Secretary to one of the named Partners.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation Experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure

· E-filing Experience

· Paralegal certification is a plus

 

Duties:

· Drafting and proofreading pleadings, discovery, correspondence, etc.

· Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files

· Working with clients and opposing counsel

· Calendaring and scheduling

· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts

· Entering Attorney’s billable hours

· General Administrative duties

 

Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday “in office”. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental – we pay 50%. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience.
