Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Partner with local law enforcement when needed. Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems. At least 18 months of experience in a Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols. Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security tech.
